Promoting Greater Innovation in the Northeast

Spark has taken a public stand today that we will not require a non-compete clause with our portfolio companies and new investments. There has been a lot of discussion on the blogosphere about this. It’s our belief that non-competes are a serious challenge to building a thriving entrepreneurial eco-system in the Northeast.
