Preaching User-Driven Design – Ventillation

Not sure what everyone thinks of Vark, but I’m a fan of the service and of Max Ventilla and his founding team.  I especially appreciate the process by which they developed their product.  

I’m pleased to see Max blogging, and look forward to more good stuff from him.
