A Really Fun British Open So Far

Wonderful tournament so far at Royal Birkdale. Rooting for Jim Furyk as I often do. I really like him… plus, he has a funky swing that amateurs can appreciate.
Greg Norman is the sentimental favorite. It will be amazing to see if he can compete on Sunday.
But, I was most pleased to see Lam Chi Bing who is tied for 36th and made the cut. I played with Chi Bing as a teenager, when I was mildly competitive. He was an amazing player, one of the best in Southeast Asia. Glad to see that he’s made the cut in his first major championship!
